FREE DELIVERY for all orders over 100 BGN / €51.13 (VAT incl.)

For orders under 100 BGN / €51.13 (VAT incl.), a delivery fee of 7.00 BGN / €3.58 (VAT incl.) applies.

Delivery time: 1–2 business days, depending on courier workload.

Orders placed before 14:00 are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 14:00 are processed the next business day.

If the ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the new delivery date.

Payment methods:
– Cash on delivery (pay to the courier upon receipt)
– Online by debit/credit card upon order confirmation

Delivery methods:
– Courier delivery to your address or to a Speedy office.

Important:
According to the site’s general terms (Art. 52, par. 1), parcels up to 20 kg are delivered to the customer’s door if vehicle access is available.
Parcels over 20 kg are delivered to the building entrance. Assistance from the customer may be required for unloading.

In-store pickup:
Orders must be prepaid and placed before 14:00.
You will receive confirmation by email or phone before collection.
