Free delivery in Bulgaria on all orders over €50
For orders under €50, the delivery cost is calculated automatically in the cart before you confirm your order. Courier delivery to your address costs €4.30 (VAT incl.).
Delivery time
Delivery within Bulgaria takes 1–2 business days, depending on the courier's workload.
Orders placed before 14:00 are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are processed the next business day.
If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the delivery date.
Delivery methods in Bulgaria
- Courier delivery to your address anywhere in the country
- Collection from our warehouse – prepaid orders only, the next business day after 16:00 (see below)
Delivery to Greece and Romania
- Delivery time: 3–5 business days
- Free delivery on orders over €50
- Orders under €50: €9.90
- Payment online by debit/credit card only
- Trampolines are delivered within Bulgaria only. Trampoline accessories and spare parts, prams, highchairs and toys are also delivered to Greece and Romania.

- Online by debit/credit card when confirming your order
Cash on delivery is available for deliveries within Bulgaria only. For Greece and Romania, payment is by card online only.
Important delivery information
According to Art. 52, para. 1 of our Terms and Conditions, parcels up to 20 kg are delivered to the recipient's door where there is normal vehicle access to the address. Parcels over 20 kg are delivered to the ground floor/entrance of the building. We kindly ask for the recipient's help with unloading.
Collection from our warehouse
You can collect your order in person from our warehouse in Bulgaria:
- ✅ only with card prepayment when ordering;
- ✅ on the next business day after 16:00;
- ✅ once you have received confirmation by email or phone that your order is ready for collection.
