Return policy

According to the distance sales contract, the product is subject to return for undisturbed commercial appearance by the Buyer without objective reason for claim within 15 working days, with shipping costs being the buyer's responsibility. The repayment of the paid amount will be made within 30 days from the date of termination of the distance sale contract by the Buyer. To do this, the Buyer must send the following information to office@buba.bg:
1. Order number 
2. Customer names
3. Contact phone
4. Bank note number
5. IBAN. If desired, the customer may provide a reason for the return.
